🌿 Carer Support & Family Health Hub

Practical guidance, emotional resilience, and deep care for those who care.

Created by Primary Health Awareness Trust to empower older carers and families with more value than any standard NHS help page.

💡 Why This Hub Exists

In the UK, over 6.5 million people are unpaid carers — many aged 60+. Yet, most care resources are overwhelming, underfunded, or emotionally distant.

We’ve built this hub for you: the grandparent caring for a spouse, the neighbour checking in daily, the family member feeling emotionally stretched. This isn’t just support — it’s community care, cognitive strength, and trusted direction for every stage of the journey.
